Why no coverage at all in Africa?

Hi Peter,
By way of explanation we pick up ADS-B data transmitted by aircraft and received by ground base stations.
We need to have base stations in the area as without this we do not get any data.
The info is line of sight so we do not get very low level aircraft unless close by.
High level ones we can get data from 150+ miles away.
Unfortunately we don't yet have receivers or feeds in Africa.
Hopefully we will provide data in the future.

Also no coverage for Reunion Island. I just returned to Australia from Paris via Reunion - a part of France /Europe off the east coast of Madagasgar. Very modern airport facilities and telecommunications infrastructure. Very interesting place with active volcano.
