Canberra Bomber Reconnaissance. The type first flew on the 13th of May in 1949 and retired from service in 2006. 1,347 were built and fitted with two Rolls Royce Avon Mk 20601 jet engines. Could fly to just under 60,000 feet at a speed of 450 knots, now owned by Midair Squadron. Seen here banking for a seafront pass at the Airbourne Airshow Eastbourne, with the Victorian Pier in the background.
