Sub in at Portsmouth

Hi all,I'm not into the ships as much as the planes but for all those of you that are I noticed that a foreign submarine was tied up in Portsmouth Naval Base this morning (29/05/12). Sorry I had no camera with me but I can tell you it had what appeared to be a Dutch flag draped over the conning tower. It was very short looking for a submarine! "Everyone is quite correct about the flights being MOD charters. Brize is the hub for military personnel flights and has a purpose built terminal. The RAF simply hasn't the capacity to do all the flights and, I believe the charters are cheaper.…"
