Ship Finder AR - For iPhone and iPad
We've updated Ship Finder AR to bring it in line with Plane Finder AR.
Ships Ahoy! is therefore no more!
Apart from some backend changes the main difference is a new range slider - useful if you are in a busy port, marina or waterway.
The app is universal and looks great on both an iPhone and an iPad as shown in the screenshots below.…

Rena - Ship aground & oil spill off New Zealand
This is not good!
The container ship Rena ran onto Astrolabe Reef outside Tauranga Harbour on Wednesday and is still spilling oil.
Wildlife is already in trouble and a cleanup and recovery operation is underway.
