Sad to hear the news of Graham Alton passing. I always valued his comments on my photographs.
Such sad sad news. I never met him but he seemed such a nice man. His comments were welcome, constructive and well thought out. Always hoped I would bump into him down by Marchwood or Eling one day. A huge shame I never will. RIP Graham and I shall think of you next time I visit one of your favourite positions.
I have passed our thoughts onto Grahams son. He was always great to me and many of us were so pleased and relieved when he recovered from his previous illness. I never met Graham but had arranged to meet him 2 weeks ago which unfortunately neither of us could keep. That is a huge regret. He was a great guy to me and wont be forgotten.
Sad news indeed. I also appreciated his comments, always constructive and informative. I learnt much from him. He will live on with his legacy of photos and fitting he won the recent competition. R.I.P. Graham.
Dear me. This has come as a bit of a shock to me. I knew Graham personally and we would often bump into each other at Calshot. The best way to describe Graham is "a larger than life character". RIP Graham.
'Shocked' to hear of the very sad news, Grahams winning image of 'Dali' showed his eye for an all-round great shot! Enjoyed reading his comments especially his banter with Jack about....."Jacks Seagull".
