Done! - unfortunately there's no IMO/MMSI available. The launch took place tomorrow morning under really poor conditions

      Yep - IMO is a lifetime ID and MMSI is a operational/communicational ID - that's what I've learned during my research. As long as they don't decide to reschedule it into a ghost ship it's all OK *lol*

    I really don't understand this exception, but there's still nor IMO either MMSI available yet. I've done some research referring to the rules of registration, so I simply guess the IMO/MMSI is still circling across the web... According to standard procedures, an IMO is given as soon as the building process begins, so the Registration number should be known and published before launch.
