Looking only at your photo I can merely guess that “the one on the right” you are referring to, is the lighted beacon that is situated at the head of Old South Pier on the linked chart.

Let me know if I am wrong in my assumptions.
Nevertheless, it gave me the opportunity to kill some time on a rainy Sunday. :-)
