The Transformer OL was built in 2009, sails under the Panama flag, has a gross tonnage of 17,018 tonnes and dead-weight of 28,375 tonnes. She is managed of Taiwan by Transformer Maritime SA Panama and her beneficial owner is the Taiwanese company Oceanlance Maritime Co Ltd.
