This is a picture of the tug boat Pinuccia pushing a barge alongside. This was taken by me from my sailboat off Hart Island in Long Island Sound. Pinuccia was bound for the East River. I had to coordinate on bridge to bridge radio to let her know I was coming to starboard to give her more sea room as I had more maneuverability and of course a shallower draft.
