After displaying at Austria's Zeltweg airshow two hours before, 00023 held over the Isle of Wight then did a single flypast over Bournemouth Beach at exactly the time allocated, to the second. It then flew a wide sweep over the Purbeck Hills and Swanage, flew out to sea parallel with the coast and returned across the Isle of Wight to fly over Bournemouth International Airport on its way back to its base at Fairford. A first for the whole area.
