September 10, 2022. Yankee Air Museum's Douglas TC-47D Skytrain, 44-76716, c/n 16300,"Hairless Joe". Taken on strength by the U.S. Army Air Force in April 1945 she is now painted in the scheme from the China-Burma-India Theatre, WW11, as flown by the legendary Lt.Col. Dick Cole of the 319th Troop Carrier Squadron, 1st Air Commando. Taxiing at London (Ontario, Canada) International Airport CYXU for her Airshow London 2022 flying display.
