Arriving in Fremantle with no active AIS operating is Chinese Navy Vessel Zhu Kezhen. Haven't found much information about it. Its arrival wasn't listed by Fremantle VTMIS, it isn't listed in their 'vessels at berth list' though the China Daily does announce it being deployed to the MH370 search.
