Cobham Aviation British Aerospace 146-300 landing at Perth airport as NC1997 from Barrow island. This aircraft had technical issues with the hydraulic syatem, and was circling for 45 minutes before landing. they were unsuccessful in extending the flaps, and landed at nealy 170 knots. VH-NJL
