June 21, 2013. “Empire Sandy,” IMO Number 5071561, late afternoon sail at the Tall Ship Festival, Toronto Harbour. In the foreground is the stern of “Lynx”, MMSI: 369603000, is a square topsail schooner based in Newport Beach, California. Built in 2001 in at Rockport, Maine, USA, "Lynx" is a replica of the 1812 vessel of the same name that was captured by the Royal Navy and put into service as HMS Mosquidobit.
