A scene that is not supposed to be... the Hampton Bridge lost power just prior to exiting the mouth of the Columbia and had been anchored just outside the navigation channel for nearly twelve hours when this was shot. She'd already had one anchor chain break and needed the help of three tugs just to keep her in position to allow inbound traffic to pass.
