  The vessel has white exhaust coming out from the funnels, you can see a large white box shape which the funnels are coming out from . This box cleans the exhaust coming from the engines and remove all the toxins from exhaust gases
  (Clean air ) is called a scrubber . (Like a scrubbing brush used to clean floors) . Hope this helps.
