This is the former US Coast Guard Cutter Ironwood, now serving as a training vessel at the Tongue Point Job Corps Center near Astoria, OR.
A buoy tender, she saw military service in WWII and Korea as well as various stations in the US. She's now kept in top shape by the student crews that train on her.
