This is an early morning shot of the Tugboat Sea Fox pushing a load of garbage on an open top barge. The City is just waking up and you can see the sunrise shining off the Manhattan side buildings. That is the ramp up the Manhattan Bridge to the far left. You can just see NYC City Hall to the left. too. For you old school merchant mariners that is the remaining part of the housefall rig on the warehouse that Sea Fox is sailing past.
