For you youngins out there, N1801U was the "class unit" of the United Airlines DC-10 fleet beginning in the early 1970s. Also, the forthcoming (hopefully) Southwest 737-7s...well the earliest registrations of those are re-uses of the United Airlines Boeing 720 fleet: N7201U, etc. Sacrilege!
