It wears its original USAAF serial 42-85897 under the tailplane, despite being painted in the USMC scheme when it wore Bu No 90680. The black cover has a patch sewn on it reading G-DHHF, the G- reg reserved for it. This stands for 'de Havilland Heritage Flight,' a company based at Compton Abbas.
