In researching the name of this vessel the best that I have come up with is a view on the translation of the graphics on the bridge, details as follows:-
Apparently the wording is traditional Chinese making it likely it is Hong Kong registered. If it had been mainland China it would be simplified Chinese with different characters. In Cantonese the pronunciation of the first symbol is 'SUM' and the second 'WAH' - So SUM-WAH is how you would pronounce it. WAH is a fancy word apparently - Quite positive/good.
