Remember this? The Edgeley Optica was designed in the 70's with the first flight in 1979. Intended as a cheaper observation aircraft than a helicopter or an Islander it could fly below 70mph. 23 were built but it wasn't a huge success.
This, I believe is the only one flying though a study is ongoing whether it would be viable to produce some more.
