The Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) operates thirty-three Hawk 127s, twelve of which were produced in the UK and twenty-one in Australia. The Hawk 127 is primarily used in the RAAF for initial fighter training to prepare crew for operational conversion to the F/A-18. They are operated by No. 76 Squadron and No.79 Squadron.
