Saxonia - MMSI 255805556

Saxonia (IMO: 9219393) is a container ship registered and sailing under the flag of  Portugal. Her gross tonnage is 35824 and deadweight is 41850. Saxonia was built in 2003 by New Szczecin shipyard. Saxonia length overall (LOA) is 220.35 m, beam is 32.31 m and maximum draught is 12.15 m. Her container capacity is 3091 TEU. The ship is operated by Hammonia Reederei GMBH. 

I photographed the Saxonia on her departure from her berth at Fremantle port on November 28, 2019.  Saxonia’s last port of call was Jakata and her next port of call is Adelaide. She was assisted Svitzer Eagle and Svitzer Redhead

Whilst in Fremantle she was attended to by Gulf Agency Company (Australia) Pty/Ltd

    Nice shot - Saxonia was a Cunard vessel regularly out of Liverpool !!
