Air India Boeing B777-337ER VT-ALK landing on runway 05 at London Stansted Airport (STN/EGSS) at approximately 0915 UTC on Thursday 27th June 2019. The aircraft was operating the AI191 Mumbai (BOM/VABB) - Newark NJ (EWR/KEWR) rotation and had been the subject of a bomb hoax message whilst in UK airspace. It made an emergency diversion to STN accompanied by two RAF Eurofighter Typhoons out of RAF Conningsby. After landing, the aircraft taxied to a remote stand away from the main terminal. No bomb was found and the aircraft departed at approximately 2030 UTC on the same day.
