The container ship, the WEHR WARNOW [IMO 9243241 , MMSI 538001705 ] weighs in at 33,694 gt and her loa is 208.3m. She was built in 2002 at the Kvaerner Warnow-Werft GmbH shipyards in Germany. The WEHR WARNOW is registered in the Marshall Islands, she is managed by Oskar Wehr of Germany and her beneficial owner is SBT Warnow Shipping Co of Germany.
The WEHR WARNOW was photographed at 1845 on November 9, 2016 as she departed Fremantle Harbour, her next port of call Shanghai, China. She had sailed directly from Brisbane, Australia arriving at 0540 on the same day as she departed.
She was an unusual sight for the Fremantle Port, being completely unloaded and hence sitting high in the water. Normally container ships leave Fremantle with at least a reasonable load of empty containers.
