HUG is seen here using a monsoon bucket in an attempt to extinguish a fire that started in the remains of the CTV building, following our 6.3 earthquake at 12.51pm. This pic was taken at 2.35pm
Over 100 of the total of 185 deaths occurred when this building collapsed.
